Flytz
Gymnastics offers the following competitive team
programs:

students whose progress is sufficient enough to advance
into a cycle of training in which the athletes will be
further prepared for entry into competition. Strength
and flexibility training incorporated with basic skill
mastery is the main emphasis at this level
USAG Compulsory – Levels 4 through 6, in
which gymnasts continue strength, flexibility, and
basics masterly while preparing and showcasing
designated routines. Gymnasts will compete in local and
regional competitions as well as attempt to qualify to
their state championships.
USAG Prep Op – Designed for the vast group
of gymnasts what wish to experience optional gymnastics
but also compete in other sports or extra curricular
activities, or are interested in preparing for high
school gymnastics, Pre Op gymnasts will compete in local
and regional competitions as well as a championship
meet.
USAG Optional – Levels 7 through 10, in
which gymnasts develop personal skills and routines.
High risk elements are trained and therefore a higher
level of commitment is required. Gymnasts will compete
in local, regional, and national competitions as well as
attempt to qualify to the state, regional, and national
championships.
High
School Gymnastics – Flytz gymnasts offers a class for
high school a gymnast that meets three times a week for
three hours. Flytz also has a policy that enables all
competitive team gymnasts the opportunity to compete for
their high schools gymnastics team while still be active
members of the Flytz gymnastics team, by lowering
commitment levels while “in season” for the high school
team.
