We offer school-age gymnastics classes for boys and girls in kindergarten through high school. Our program follows the USA Gymnastics guidelines for beginners through advanced gymnastics.

OUR CLASSES:

• GIRLS GYMNASTICS:  Our school-age gymnastics program begins in Kindergarten.  Your child will progress at her own pace through USA Gymnastics Levels 1-4.   Competitive gymnastics is an option beginning at Level 4.  Tryouts are in the spring for those girls who have achieved Level 3 skills. Move ups will be announced the week of Dec. 5.    Not all students will be able to advance to the next level.  We will be evaluating students during Sessions B and C.
  

• BOYS GYMNASTICS: Come rumble and tumble!  Our boys classes are designed to teach boys coordination, strength and agility.  Your child will learn tumbling, single bar skills, rings, parallel bars, vault and trampoline.

• JUNIOR HIGH/INTRO TO HIGH SCHOOL GYMNASTICS:  An age appropriate class for older girls from beginner through advanced.
